GF Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These gluten-free oatmeal cookies are the perfect balance of texture—slightly crunchy on the outside with a soft and chewy center. They offer a comforting treat that’s not too sweet but just right. Golden raisins add a touch of natural sweetness and chewiness, making each bite delightful.



  • 26 grams Cane Sugar (1/8 cup)

  • 140 grams Brown Sugar (3/4 cup)

  • 115 grams Melted Vegan Butter (1/2 cup)

  • 5 Grams Vanilla (2 tsp)

Ingredients:

Wet

  • 150 grams Gluten free Flour (1 Cup + 1/2 Cup)

  • 100 grams Gluten Free Oats (3/4 cup)

  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/4 Salt

  • 80 grams Golden Raisins (1/2 cup)

Dry


  1. Preheat: Preheat the oven to 325°F (175°C).

  2. Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, Whisk all wet ingredients together well.

  3. Dry Ingredients: Add all the dry ingredients except the raisins, into the wet mixture at once. Whisk just combined. Fold raisins in.

  4. Bake: Shape small balls of cookie dough, about 2 Tbsp each, and place on a lined sheet tray. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through

  5. Cool and Serve: Let the cookies cool for 15 minutes and enjoy!
